"I switched my vehicle and house to State Farm and am beyond happy that I did. Jessica Haukedahl and her assistants always respond in a timely manner, and it is obvious that their commitment to their customers is one of their top priorities. Unfortunately, I had a little incident with my vehicle back in December and what could have been a nightmare of a process was easy and painless with State Farm. Beyond grateful how smooth the process was to get my vehicle back to me. Recently I had damage due to the high winds from Hurricane Helene and Jessica responded to me within the hour and assisted in the most efficient way possible. "You can tell that Jessica cares when you speak with her. She's extremely knowledgeable and shares that knowledge fully with whom she works. We bundled our auto insurance and a term life policy for myself. With our auto insurance, we were able to cut our monthly premium by over $80/month versus our previous insurance company and actually increase our amount of coverage! I'll be returning to purchase additional life insurance policies for the other members of my family and to also bundle my home insurance (we just didn't qualify at the time due to our claim history).
